- 2+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing
- 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement techniques
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and process control
- High school diploma
- US Person eligibility for ITAR-controlled access

## Nice to have

- ISO/AS lead assessor certification
- Bachelor's degree
- AS9100, FAI/AS9102, CMM, or Keyence optical systems experience
- Previous supervisory experience in aerospace or electronics manufacturing
- Experience with nonconformance documentation and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of MIL, ASTM, ASM, or NADCAP requirements
- Experience with aerospace customer portals (Hamilton, Airbus, Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, GE)
- FAA Part 21 and 8130-3 documentation knowledge
- ASQ certifications (CQT, CQI, or CQA)
