## Required

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech-Language Pathology License from Ohio
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Completed clinical fellowship year
- Inpatient hospital experience
- Expertise in dysphagia evaluation and treatment in adults
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity for testing

## Nice to have

- Experience with Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing
- Clinical interest in neurological conditions
