- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years in radar systems, sensor systems, aerospace, defense, or related technical environments
- Proven ability to manage technical execution across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance
- ITAR authorization eligibility

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Familiarity with radar or other sensor systems
- Strong math skills
- Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Space Force programs
- Familiarity with space domain awareness, missile tracking, or related mission areas

- Experience supporting classified programs and secure operational environments
