- Experience setting assortment strategy across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
- Experience leading teams with multiple direct reports across multiple product categories
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insight
- Cross-functional partnership experience with Design, Planning, and Product Development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing senior leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- Experience using product lifecycle management tools
- Proficiency with Google Suite
