## Required

- 5+ years analytics, data, or finance-operations experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large-dataset manipulation, reconciliation)
- Strong SQL and relational database skills
- Demonstrated experience reconciling data across systems and investigating discrepancies
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standard for data accuracy
- Ability to work with imperfect data and shifting priorities
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Healthcare data experience (medical or pharmacy claims, accounts receivable)
- Billing, revenue operations, or accounts-receivable process knowledge
- BI tool reporting or dashboard experience (Looker or Tableau)
- Google BigQuery, dbt, or similar data-warehouse experience
- Python or scripting experience
- Data governance, data-quality frameworks, or internal controls understanding
