## Required

- Minimum 5 years composite manufacturing experience in aerospace or similar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Toray prepreg and composite layup techniques
- CNC router operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Knowledge of autoclave and composite curing processes

## Nice to have

- Technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing or aerospace
- Experience with facility setup and equipment installation
- Lean manufacturing principles knowledge
- AS9100 or NADCAP quality systems familiarity
- Forklift or overhead crane certification
