- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia communities
- Flexibility for 24/7 newsroom schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

## Nice to have

- Photo and video editing experience with Adobe products
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field with digital publishing emphasis
