## Required

- 6+ years of electronics hardware development experience
- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with schematic and board design software (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar)
- Experience in component and LRU electrical design
- Ability to mentor and lead small engineering teams
- US Person status (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
- Eligible for export authorization from US State or Commerce Department

## Nice to have

- Experience developing spacecraft electronics for Class D unmanned spacecraft
- High-speed digital PCB design experience
- VITA VPX or SpaceVPX standards implementation (VITA 46.0, VITA 65.0, VITA 78.0)
- Task management and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA)
- Range Safety and Ground Safety electronics compliance knowledge
- Mechanical CAD tool proficiency
- FPGA and microcontroller programming capability
- NASA-STD 4001 and NASA-STD 4003 knowledge
- Space environmental testing experience
- MIL-STD 461 testing experience
- MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
