## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year CNC operating experience or completion of machining/vocational training
- Blueprint and work order reading
- G-code knowledge
- Precision measuring instrument proficiency
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Safety-focused and reliable
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Eligible to pass FBI/DoD background check
- Able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable in manufacturing environment for extended periods

## Nice to have

- Prior aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
- CNC setup and tooling familiarity
- CAD/CAM software knowledge
