## Required

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in test, manufacturing, or production environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
- Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends during critical test campaigns
- Capability to work 12-hour shifts during mission-critical operations
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status

## Nice to have

- Experience with thermal, TVAC, vibration, shock, or acoustic testing
- Familiarity with spacecraft components and environmental testing procedures
- Material handling equipment certification (cranes, man lifts, forklifts)
- Track record of working independently and collaboratively in technical teams
- Experience mentoring or training technical personnel
