- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or Risk Management
- At least 15 years of progressive property and casualty insurance experience
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience leading teams or business operations in commercial, specialty, public entity, or governmental insurance
- Demonstrated experience with pricing, profitability analysis, portfolio performance, or strategic planning
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on business strategy and regulatory matters
- Working knowledge of underwriting, claims, actuarial, compliance, finance, product, distribution, and risk management functions
- Experience operating in a regulated, multi-state insurance environment
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

## Nice to have

- FCAS designation
- Experience in public entity, municipal, or governmental property and casualty insurance
- Knowledge of state insurance regulatory expectations, market conduct, and compliance controls
- Advanced degree (MBA) or additional insurance designations (CPCU, ARM, ARe)
