## Required

- Minimum 2 years technician experience in manufacturing, military, automotive, aviation, or industrial facility
- High school diploma, GED, or associate degree in applied science or vocational certificate
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in cleanroom environment including bending, stooping, climbing ladders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Equipment HMI, SAP, and calibration/maintenance database systems
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as required

## Nice to have

- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing under cGMP
- Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
- Associates degree in science or related field
- BioWork Certificate for regulated industry work
- Experience with automated systems (MES, SAP, or similar)
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Trade certificate or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Technology
