## Summary

Deepgram is building a global real estate and workplace function from the ground up, seeking someone to own all physical spaces from site selection through operations. This role suits experienced operators comfortable with hands-on project management, vendor negotiation, and building repeatable processes across multiple locations while supporting both employee workspaces and public event venues.

## Required

- 10+ years in workplace, real estate, facilities or capital projects with end-to-end office buildout experience
- Commercial lease negotiation and management experience
- Construction and vendor project management capability
- Permitting, building codes, accessibility and workplace safety knowledge
- Experience delivering or operating space for public events or customer-facing programming
- Ability to frequently travel to multiple office locations
- Budget ownership for capital and operating spend

## Nice to have

- Experience in multiple cities or distributed, remote-first companies
- International leasing or building experience in EMEA or APAC
- Lease administration, space management or IWMS platform familiarity
- Experience hiring and managing a small operations or facilities team
