## Required

- 10+ years progressive technology experience
- 3–5+ years managing teams delivering and supporting business applications
- Experience leading globally distributed teams with blended employee/consultant workforce
- Financial services technology background (asset management, banking, broker-dealer, or regulated environment)
- Direct experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, and/or Audit technology platforms
- Knowledge of communications surveillance, trade surveillance, or AML/sanctions screening platforms
- Ability to manage hybrid portfolio of in-house and vendor SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated vendor management strength (negotiation, SLA management, performance oversight, third-party risk)
- Track record delivering and supporting business-critical systems with roadmap and budget management
- Executive presence and strong communication skills to influence senior leadership
- Understanding of SEC/FINRA recordkeeping, AML, and market abuse surveillance regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

## Nice to have

- Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI and LLM technologies
- Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in governed enterprise environment
- Support for regulatory exams and internal/external audits from technology perspective
- Familiarity with modern data and cloud architectures sufficient to guide solution design
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (PMP, CAMS, CISA)
