## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, or PBM experience
- Healthcare benefits or claims customer service experience
- Client-facing healthcare or benefits consulting role experience
- Knowledge of medical, pharmacy, wellness, and benefits administration
- Medical claims and eligibility issue resolution
- Benefits administration platform experience
- Presentation and group education facilitation
- Employee wellness initiative support
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Onsite work in Orlando, Florida five days per week with local travel

## Nice to have

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar virtual meeting platforms
- CRM or case management tool experience
