- Bachelor's degree in business or health science
- 2+ years of related laboratory or healthcare operations experience
- Understanding of laboratory outreach operations and client expectations
- Knowledge of regulatory standards: CLIA, CAP, OSHA, DNV
- Financial management and operational planning experience
- Strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license

## Nice to have

- 5+ years of related experience
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Histotechnician (HT) background
- Clinical Laboratory Technologist certification (Tennessee)
- Medical Laboratory Scientist certification (ASCP or AMT)
- Medical Technologist certification (AABB)
- Cytologist certification (ASCP)
- Histotechnologist certification (ASCP)
