## Required

- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on embedded systems development
- Experience developing on NVIDIA Jetson with performance tuning and system-level debugging
- Strong ROS 2 fluency and experience deploying robotics autonomy stacks
- Experience integrating sensor pipelines (cameras, LiDAR, IMU)
- Expertise in AI model deployment and optimization on edge hardware
- GPU profiling on edge devices
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Isaac ROS and cuVSLAM
- Experience with Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab simulation frameworks
- Deploying and optimizing VLMs, VLAs (such as GR00T), or World Models (such as Cosmos) on edge platforms
- Knowledge of quantization, compression, and distillation techniques
- Experience with camera and sensor software stacks (HSB, V4L2, GMSL cameras, ISP tuning, high-throughput video processing)
- Real-time and safety-aware embedded robotics systems experience in autonomous vehicles or manufacturing
- Experience with agentic tools for integration and reference implementation work
