## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years in thermal systems, insulation systems, cryogenic systems, or aerospace manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience with multi-layer insulation design and/or installation
- Direct supervision experience with 15 or more personnel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Work in manufacturing, cleanroom, and test environments
- Lift up to 25 lbs

## Nice to have

- Experience with spacecraft, launch vehicles, cryogenic tanks, or vacuum environments
- Familiarity with cleanroom operations and contamination control practices
- Background in aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments
