- 5,000 total flight hours
- 3,000 pilot-in-command hours
- 2,000 multi-engine turbine hours
- Gulfstream aircraft experience
- Reside within 2.5 hours of San Jose, CA or relocate

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field
- Five years of corporate aviation experience
- Significant international flight operations experience
- Long-range business aircraft experience
- Demonstrated leadership and CRM skills
- BASC/IS-BAO and SMS environment experience
- Strong decision-making and risk management
