## Required

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years manufacturing engineering experience
- Knowledge of propulsion systems, mechanics of materials, and thermal-fluid systems
- Ability to work hands-on with technicians and write work instructions
- Vendor management experience
- Proficiency with additive and subtractive manufacturing
- FEA experience with Ansys or similar tools
- Tooling design experience with Siemens NX or other CAD software

## Nice to have

- Propulsion development program experience
- Product transition experience from development to high-volume production
- Hands-on CNC machining, welding, and high-pressure testing experience
- Experience writing formal process specifications and manufacturing standards
