- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in matrix organizations without direct authority
- Flexible work schedule with extensive travel and plant visits

## Nice to have

- Experience with AMR/AGC programming
- Simulation software experience (FlexSim)
- High-volume order fulfillment or distribution center background
