## Required

- 11+ years in sales or account management
- Proven track record growing large complex accounts and exceeding expansion and retention targets
- Success advising founders and executives on fast-scaling startup needs
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Analytical approach to understanding customer needs and usage patterns
- Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on problem-solving
- Interest in AI safety and responsible AI development
- Experience running executive business reviews and managing executive relationships
- Consistent quota achievement in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- Experience selling or expanding usage- or consumption-based API, infrastructure, or developer-platform products
- Selling experience with technical founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders at AI-native or developer-first companies
- Deep fluency in LLM/AI market dynamics and how AI-native companies evaluate model providers
- Experience structuring larger commercial agreements with multi-year terms and usage commitments for fast-growing customers
