## Required

- 5+ years building and deploying software, data, automation, or AI applications
- 2+ years recent hands-on experience with LLM-based or AI systems in production
- Strong AI workflow design including retrieval systems, orchestration, tool usage, and evaluation frameworks
- Python proficiency for production-quality backend services and APIs
- Enterprise system integration experience
- Working knowledge of enterprise business systems (ERP, planning, financial platforms)
- Ability to design knowledge systems across large document and data corpora
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to partner with non-technical teams and translate business workflows
- Experience enabling business users through training and coaching
- Comfort operating in cross-functional, rapidly evolving environments
- Thrives in ambiguity and 0→1 build situations
- Strong independent ownership mentality
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments with financial or operational data
- Familiarity with governance and security considerations for enterprise AI
