## Summary

## Required

- JD and active U.S. state bar membership
- 3–5 years of legal experience with commercial contracts, SaaS, or technology transactions
- Ability to work from San Francisco, Seattle, or New York offices at least 3 days per week
- Clear communication skills translating legal concepts for non-lawyers
- Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and partners
- Comfort navigating fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

## Nice to have

- California bar membership
- Curiosity about AI technology and AI policy
- Experience with multi-stakeholder agreements involving technical and policy considerations
- Commitment to responsible AI development
