- 10+ years in customer success leadership at enterprise SaaS
- Demonstrated track record moving gross retention, net retention, and expansion ARR at scale across enterprise account portfolios
- Experience owning multi-year enterprise contracts with renewal-based success metrics
- Ability to build and have built retention and expansion motions previously
- Pattern recognition and judgment to anticipate customer account trajectories
- Hands-on involvement across executive QBRs and tactical account planning
- Track record holding accounts through challenging implementations and organizational changes
- Structured thinking and clear communication under pressure
- Comfort with in-office work 5 days per week in New York

## Nice to have

- Industry experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, or similar verticals
- AI-native working style with perspective on AI's role in customer success evolution over 12-24 months
