## Required

- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Track record identifying and engaging exceptional talent
- Run recruiting or talent programs end-to-end with budget ownership
- Learn new talent markets quickly
- Strong project management across multiple pipelines and timelines
- Build relationships across recruiting, hiring managers, and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- External representation capability
- Based in or willing to relocate to NYC for in-office work

## Nice to have

- Experience with university relations
- Bootcamp or community organization relationships
- Track record running talent events
- Experimental mindset for new sourcing approaches
