- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field
- At least one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership course
- Working knowledge of satellite systems and subsystems
- Knowledge of cost, schedule, technical, and risk management principles
- US citizenship and ability to obtain US security clearance

- 5+ years of leadership experience in complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience managing engineering or manufacturing teams with delivery execution focus
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Experience balancing competing priorities with limited resources

- Experience with Confluence and collaborative engineering tools
- Active TS/SCI clearance
