- Deep experience with distributed control planes or fleet orchestration
- Safety-critical or physically-actuating systems background
- Data center power systems knowledge (utility interconnection, UPS, BESS, PDU distribution, power telemetry, GPU power)
- Hiring and building senior engineering teams
- Running operations for systems requiring high reliability

## Nice to have

- GPU cluster operations or AI cloud infrastructure experience
- Energy sector experience (power generation, storage, utility software, or grid controls)
- GPU power/performance modeling or DVFS background
- Experience turning research prototypes into production systems
