- Experience leading or executing operational improvement initiatives using Lean, DBS, PSP, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
- Knowledge of logistics operations including carrier management, Incoterms, and freight cost management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI with ability to analyze unstructured data
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on warehouse or manufacturing floor for extended periods

## Nice to have

- Experience with ERP and distribution systems such as D365, AESDirect, or XCarrier
- Experience with inventory control practices including slotting, FIFO, and location management
- Lean certification or formal training such as Kaizen facilitation or value stream mapping
- APICS certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
- Experience in regulated environments
