## Required

- 5+ years in-house commercial counsel at a technology company
- Experience negotiating technology agreements with enterprise customers and vendors
- Familiarity with US privacy regulations
- Understanding of AI and cloud-based services and global regulatory landscape
- Ability to independently manage and negotiate commercial agreements

## Nice to have

- Used Vercel's products or services
- Experience with channel and reseller partnerships
- Fluency in other languages
- Background supporting EMEA or APAC expansion
