- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Experience in RF, embedded control, or FPGA design
- Experience with power electronics and battery technology
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with common industry protocols
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, mathematics, physics, and material properties
- Up to 30% travel for flight test operations
- Clean driving record
- U.S. citizenship

- Advanced degree
- Flight test or R/C experience
