This role leads a machine learning engineering team building AI capabilities into SAP's enterprise applications, combining large language models with business knowledge graphs. ## Required

- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
- 8+ years professional experience as a developer
- Proven experience designing, developing and deploying multi-tenant cloud applications with focus on backend infrastructure
- Experience with data-driven microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider
- Ability to work in agile environments using SCRUM methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-cultural teams

## Nice to have

- Experience in data science or data engineering
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform
- Familiarity with JSON, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP
