- Traditional editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent)
- Visual storytelling and cinematic language
- Character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
- Fluent English communication

## Nice to have

- AI-native storytelling or filmmaking experience
- 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading background
- Experience training or customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
- Prior experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries
