## Required

- 10+ years in fraud, financial crime, identity, or related field
- Senior fraud leadership or practitioner role at a bank, lender, payments company, fintech, or regulated financial-services organization
- Deep knowledge of fraud operations, risk decisioning, identity, investigations, or financial-crime processes
- Experience designing, managing, or improving fraud workflows and operating models
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives
- Understanding of how fraud teams evaluate and operationalize technology solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex fraud and technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Commercial judgment and comfort in consultative, customer-facing environments
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- High ownership, sound judgment, and action orientation
- Deep curiosity about evolving fraud tactics and identity risk
