## Required

- 7+ years of recruiting experience with significant technical talent recruiting
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment
- Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, data, security, or other technical functions
- Strong technical sourcing skills and ability to identify highly sought-after talent
- Ability to understand complex technical roles and translate requirements into recruiting strategies
- Strong recruiter judgment and ability to assess talent and calibrate with hiring managers
- Ability to own multiple searches independently with minimal direction
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience recruiting for AI/ML, data, infrastructure, security, or other highly technical teams
- Experience recruiting in Series A–C startup environment
- Experience building sourcing strategies or recruiting programs from the ground up
- Experience using recruiting data and metrics to improve search strategy and outcomes
- Experience building inclusive hiring practices and expanding access to diverse talent
