## Required

- L1/L1.5 support experience with enterprise SaaS or business applications
- Ticketing and service management tools experience (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Remedy)
- Access provisioning and application support process knowledge
- Incident and request management experience
- Log and error analysis for initial diagnosis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer service orientation

## Nice to have

- Clarity PPM application support experience
- Condeco Workspace Management experience
- Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or similar L&D platform experience
- Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration exposure
- Reporting and analytics tools knowledge
- Enterprise integration patterns understanding
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Clarity, Condeco, or Learning Platform-related certification
