- 2–5+ years in product management, marketing operations, program management, consulting, or similar cross-functional operational role

- Experience with marketing campaigns, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement platforms
- Product thinking: identifying process gaps, defining requirements, partnering with engineering to build solutions
- Strong analytical skills using data to prioritize and measure outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to influence without direct authority

## Nice to have
