- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent military or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical capability to stand, walk, wear PPE, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Root cause analysis capability
- Equipment and system diagnostics experience
- Knowledge of SPC principles and continuous improvement
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, automation and manufacturing systems
- Technical documentation and communication ability
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
