## Required

- Minimum 2 years of wiring harness design for military, aerospace, or space applications
- Prior manufacturing experience with harnesses for military, aerospace, or space applications
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- U.S. Person status and ITAR eligibility

## Nice to have

- DWV, Hi-Pot, and IR testing knowledge
- NASA-STD-8739.4A and AS50881 familiarity
- MIL-STD-461G EMI compliance experience
- Solidworks or equivalent CAD software proficiency
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification and Class 3 inspection experience
- 3D harness modelling experience
- Space environmental testing knowledge (TVAC, Shock/Vibration, EMI)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering
