- Leadership of large, globally distributed engineering organizations
- Ownership of platform modernization, financial accuracy, settlement timeliness, resiliency, and regulatory compliance
- Accountability for GenAI-led transformation strategy across clearing systems
- Experience in audit-intensive, highly regulated environments
- Ability to engage with SVPs, regulators, auditors, and external partners

## Nice to have

- 15+ years of software engineering experience including senior executive leadership roles
