- 1+ year reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions in English
- 1+ year manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field experience
- 1+ year electrical assembly or electronic materials experience
- 1+ year avionics systems troubleshooting and aircraft electrical systems experience
- Ability to work variable shifts
- Ability to walk constantly and stand 6-8 hours daily
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to bend and twist frequently up to 6 hours daily
- Ability to squat and kneel
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to push/pull up to 45 pounds of force
- Ability to reach overhead up to 6 hours daily
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications if required
- Complete new hire foundational training and certifications
