- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years, or PhD and 2+ years
- Lead technical delivery in an agile environment
- Hands-on platform engineering or data engineering experience
- Technical understanding of AWS data and AI services and Databricks platform
- Experience building and operating shared, multi-tenant platform capabilities
- Team leadership skills

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's or higher in data or computer science
- Full-stack platform operations and continuous improvement experience
- Experience with large dispersed development teams (15+)
- Product-centric mindset
- Understanding of data lakehouse, MLOps/LLMOps, and agentic AI service patterns
- Familiarity with platform governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments
