- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior analysts

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, data science)
- 5+ years of professional experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer-facing industries
- Track record of delivering analytics products that drove measurable business impact
- Prior experience as a senior individual contributor influencing team practices and stakeholder decisions
- Experience with semantic layers
- Google Cloud Platform experience
