## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in enterprise systems, product management, program management, project management, or business analysis
- Minimum 3 years leading large-scale enterprise initiatives across multiple business units and technology teams
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Experience managing enterprise software implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Strong understanding of product, project, and program management practices
- Experience creating business cases, ROI analyses, roadmaps, and strategic investment plans
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong verbal and written communication with executives and technical teams
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile, SDLC, Release Management, and Change Management methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, resource planning, and investment justification
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must pass Criminal Background Check

## Nice to have

- Master's degree
- PMP, SAFe, CSPO, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience creating and managing Gantt charts
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics platforms
- Experience in SOX and/or FAA-regulated environments
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements
- Experience with specific systems like SAP, Ariba, FuelPlus, Trax eMRO, SkyLedger
- Experience supporting Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, Maintenance, or Operations functions
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business integrations
- Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives
- Experience managing third-party vendors and consulting organizations
- Strong background in process improvement, organizational change management, and technology governance
