- 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing management, category management, pricing management, commercial policy or business analytics
- Previous experience in RGM or IGM role in FMCG environment
- Track record driving margin, product mix, trade terms and pricing improvements
- Experience working with sales and commercial leadership teams
- Ability to drive governance and cross-functional alignment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to translate data into commercial decisions
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders

## Nice to have

- French, Spanish or Italian language skills
- Additional IT skills beyond those specified
