- Experience with SuccessFactors Partner Solutions integration
- Basic to advanced knowledge in at least one application/technology area
- Knowledge of business processes within at least one application area
- Proficiency in one programming language
- Debugging and tracing skills
- Fluent English
- U.S. citizen

## Nice to have

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business (or equivalent work experience)
- Basic to advanced knowledge of a second application/technology area
- Knowledge of implementation of Notes, Support Packages, Service Packs
- Experience with system operations and cloud systems
