## Required

- 3-5 years in product operations, product development, product management support, merchandising, or commercialization in consumer goods
- Experience with PLM systems managing product data and lifecycle milestones
- Experience with project tracking tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
- Experience supporting products from concept through commercialization and launch
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills managing multiple priorities and cross-functional deliverables
- Ability to collaborate across Product Management, Design, Development, Sourcing, Packaging, and Commercialization teams

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting seasonal product creation calendars and commercialization activities
- Experience with global sourcing, manufacturing, or development partners
- Background in outdoor, sporting goods, apparel, footwear, accessories, or consumer product industries
