- Ability to work on-site 3+ days per week

- Proven track record developing new business through consultative sales
- Established or demonstrated ability to build Centers of Influence networks
- SBA 7(a) and 504 lending program experience
- C&I lending background
- Developer and Investor Commercial Real Estate experience
- Experience managing complex credit structures and loans exceeding $2.5 million
- Relationship history with businesses generating up to $25M in annual revenue
- Strong commercial credit and portfolio management knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
