- 5+ years in high-growth technology (SaaS and hardware) at multinational organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax reporting
- Experience leading tax teams and managing cross-border audits and external advisor relationships
- Hands-on experience preparing a company for IPO and building SOX-compliant tax departments
- Direct experience implementing or overseeing tax technology integrations

- Big 4 public accounting background
- MST, JD, or CPA credential
