- 8+ years backend or platform engineering experience

- Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure) at scale OR Enterprise SaaS multi-tenant experience
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems language

- Background in security, compliance, or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments
